Gate

Ether you're at the North or South gate that lets you into the kingdom. The gates are heavily guarded and if the need arises, or it's past ten-o-clock, the iron gates are brought down to ensure that no one gets in or out. When morning comes around they are cranked back up again and visitors are welcome to come in or out of them.

From the entrance one could get a nice view of all the housing and shops. The smell of food and iron waft around the gate, almost inviting people to go through. When ones eyes settle upon the guards the first thing to be noticed is their, ' Dont mess with me or I'll kick your ass' look they have going. And in truth, they would be perfect able to if anyone so much as raised any trouble.

King's Hall

The King's Hall is just a large building that is basically the King's home and 'office' when he's inside the protective walls of his kingdom. The circulation of the troops in his small private army are circulated here into protecting the kingdom without anyone’s knowledge. The men that get sent back to the castle during the circulation are all hand picked men as well; This ensures that loyalty is unbreakable and all the men are highly skilled and trained. The ones guarding the town get to see their family or wife or kids, if they have any, while they stay away from the castle.

The main stead, true army for the kingdom is guarding the walls and gates or practicing battle techniques outside of the King’s Hall, or even patrolling the kingdom's streets. These men are not as highly skilled as the ones that are in circulation for the King's castle, though they are just as formidable.

Knight Homes

The homes of all the knights stretch out far and wide. They are paid well, they have nice homes in a nice area inside of the protective walls. Other then knights there are some rich nobles and some higher middle classers that live in the knight communities. The area is well kept and the crime rate is barely even there, for once someone breaks into a home, they never know what they might find in store waiting for them, whether a sword through the chest or an arrow in the head. The area is often patrolled by knights to ensure that the crime wave is kept to a bare minimum if not non-existent.

Believe it or not it has it's own guards to make sure the rift raft stay out and only high class people gain access to such a high end place. On the inside there are decorative art pieces on the wall and well as sculptures believed to be imported from other countries. Little do they know they are from the tavern owner who makes them himself. There is a bar on oneside of the room which serves a number of drinks for the person waiting to quench his thirst. The bar is where you also order something to eat, usually while you're waiting for the drink or just plain hungry. Duck and pig can be served here as well as some other high end food.

Knight's Academy

The dreaded school, every time period must have kids tortured by school. First through sixth and only for the rich kids. It offers higher then average education and costs a fortune to send a single offspring here. But if you're rich, it's one of the wisest things you can do for your kid. The teachers here all treat the kids with respect and will punish them openly for any disrespect or breaking of the rules. Punishing them for their behavior is actually what society in this age expects. If you happen to protest because of it you and your family will become a social outcast and your lives will be ruined. The school itself is large and full of class rooms and supplies to make your kid feel at home being tortured here at hells academy, I mean Knight's Academy.

Middle class district

The middle class district is for all the middle income families trying to get by. Relatively nice homes built near each other to make ok neighborhoods. These neighborhoods are patrolled by guards but not as much as the higher-class homes. Crime here is at random times and the guards can’t stop them all. Usually the people have to fend for themselves until a group of guards walk by. Most people in the kingdom grow up in and around these homes.

Blacksmith

You come here for all the horseshoes, shields, spears, arrows and swords. The shop is located in the middle class neighborhood so it's accessible to pretty much anyone. It's a large store, it contains a boiling pot and all the tools needed to heat up and melt metal into shapes for the various items the store sells. The blacksmith himself lives in the back, he prefers to be close to his work.

King's Market Square

The King's Market Square is a large square where all the venders, farmers, and herders sell everything from food to merchandise from other places around the world. From the rich to the poor, they all travel to the square and get what ever they need. The shops set up around the square are always busy and thievery is a common place here. Watch where you keep things on you or it might be taken away as someone just so happens to "bump" into you. Though there are guards around the square they can’t see everything going on with that many people and venders around them.

Doctor's office

The miserable excuse for a doctor around these parts has his "office" near the King's Market. The doctors that work here all know how to set broken bones, bandage wounds, use plants to help heal and that's pretty much it. So if you have a bad infection, or something around that, they always do know how to amputate. Pray to the Lord that you do not have a really bad wound because there is not much these "doctors" can do.

The Doctor’s Office is a good size building with rooms in the back for operations like amputation and such. Usually the doctors get called to the patients homes but for ones who can make it here, this is where they'll end up. There is a waiting room with old magazines and...oh wait, there weren't any magazines back then...well then if your a patient waiting to be seen there is nothing to do but sit around in a cold room and wait for the grim reap-- I mean doctor to see you.

Butchers

The butcher lives here and he cuts up meat! Animals that is. This is where most of the animals on the farms or herds go to get cut up and sold as prime fixings. From cows, to pigs, and even duck. Basically if you kill it and pay this guy, he'll butcher it up and make it edible.

The butcher place itself is a small store like building, going through the front door you'll be met with a bloody wooden counter and whoever works behind it. Meat cleaver and other sharp blades are hanging on the wall behind counter, stained red from what seems to be animal blood.

Three Waters Inn

A large fountain like structure with three mini waterfalls that trickle down into a water filled base greets you from the middle of the room when you walk inside. Off to the far right is a desk area where the clerk stands in wait for paying customers to come walking through the door. The Inn is two stories in height and has up to twenty rooms to be filled at one time. The Inn is usually filled with medium to high wage people from outside the kingdom who come to visit. Though the owner has a kind heart and is known to give a room for some manual labor to those who really can’t pay with much at all.

Stables

The stable is located close to the North gate for easy access to those coming and going. The main building is small but it's still big enough to fit a desk and counter for the workers who work there. In the back is a corral and beside that is a large building where the horses sleep all night and get fed. Horses can range from cheap to ripping a hole in your pocket. It all depends on what you're looking for. A regular old horse, a working horse, or a speedy tough one that get you around the fast but tires quickly. All the kinds can be found here, why not stop by and pick which horse you want. You can also store the horse you came in with in the stables, it'll cost you up front for a few days, or at the end of the week if you plan on staying for long.

Beside the corral is where the annual jousting tournament begins. Bleachers are on each side of the track as a long guard rail goes through the middle of the field. There are rooms on each side for the knight to get ready and pick his lance of choice for the jousting. Really all they need to do next is get on a horse, move the lance down, kick the horse and they're off to go hurt themselves for the amusement of others.

Bakery

The bakery is what its name suggests, a place where you can get fresh bread from the mills and all that good flour stuff. The smell of the bread often wafts out into the street and invites others to step inside or stop walking past and just take in the excellent smells. There is, of course, a counter and a few back rooms to store all of the bread and various other foods stuff. Anything bread related is sold here. The baker is a lively soul with a great sense of humor and will often have you laughing right out the door.

Lucky's Bar

Lucky's Bar is pretty much a regular bar in the olden days. Plenty of beer, women, and regular people to just come in and have a drink. There are sometimes bar fights here and there and people being tossed out into the streets isn't unheard of around here. There is no wine or high class drinks served here, these are just the normal middle class people in a middle class bar, plain and simple. Don't like it? Well then don't even bother coming in for a drink.

Poor District

The crappy part of the kingdom most would say. Guards here must patrol in groups of at least seven if they want any chance of feeling even safe. The houses are small and can barely reach the fringes of being called comfortable, there is usually some sort of trash and filth along the streets. Crime here is high, people not caring about others and taking what they want. Guards hardly ever catch any thieves for they disappear into the night. Though the thieves are usual children who don’t know about the honor among thieves. There are rumors that there is a head thief that runs an organization. A regular robin hood one might say. Steals from the rich...but keeps it all for the organization and personal use. The honor among thieves is held in the organization, no stealing from the poor or you'll be dealt with swiftly.

Witch's Shop

The old witch's shop is a small shop hidden away in the slums of the kingdom. As you enter you know that it is a dark place to be. Bottles filled with different colored liquids, that are supposedly potions, line the shelved walls. There are various objects in jars on an old counter that’s seen better days. If you think you need her services, come knowing there'll be a price and that her things might have certain...side affects.

The potions here range from love potions to boosted strength to heightened intelligence to even growing wings and talking to animals.

Brothel

The brothel, bordello, cathouse, whorehouse, and sporting house. No matter which way you twist it, it all leads down to one thing, home base with some young thing that costs less then your salary. The women dress up to look hot and some really are but should you really indulge this desire? You never know who might go through your things while you're distracted. Make sure you have everything you came in with there with you as you leave. The Madam sits at a front wooden counter as the girls are in the back doing their business or on their way up front to be selected by the next customer. The back has ten rooms in all, all can be used at any given time.
