ABOUT THIS BOARD

Entering Hooker

No stranger can enter Hooker without passing the wagon stop and the corral. At the edge of the stop is the telegraph office, small but orderly. There is plenty of room for wagons as the founders expected much more travel into the town. Between the office and the town is a small corral where, if they wish, visitors can leave their horses.
