Debeo Island

Though it wasn’t completed until late August, Debeo doesn’t acknowledge being the younger island, as it is the favorite of the two. Civilians are not allowed on Campana Island, due to its serious nature, and so they flock to Debeo if they are able. Relaxation and rest can be found here, though the guards know escape is possible, and are on strict alert at all times. This is the only place civilians can legally socialize with those from other continents, though none make long term relationships. What happens on Debeo stays on Debeo, as they say.
