California Base

The California Base is probably the weirdest of the three bases. They have no actual central base, though they have three miniature bases. They communicate through coded messages in brail, and the code changes tri-weekly in most cases. Base one is in a beach shack, base two is in a cave off the shore, and base three is in the back room of an abandoned Cost-Co.. The California Base is known for exchanging notes in person, and having meetings in public, under strange guises, so you never know when something is going on, even when you’re there.

California
Long ago the perception of California consisted of Hollywood, beaches, and sunshine. The beaches are still there, though heavily patrolled, the sun is still there, except for Winter’s torrential downpours, and Hollywood is still there, only instead of producing entertaining films they send out news of the latest oppressive happening. But as major UA areas go, California is lax and conservative, except in June when the rules are tightened. Beyond the major beaches are either city or farmland.
